Very happy with my purchase of a BMW from Barnes. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Ross was easy to deal with and offered a fair price for my trade in.In particular Ross was happy to cater to my requests of wrapping the cars mirrors and spoiler as well as getting a ceramic coating. Ross even gave me regular photos of the car being prepared with my specific requests which I really appreciated.This is not something every garage would cater to but demonstrates Barnes willingness to go the extra mile for their customers satisfaction.Overall I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Ross and the team again in the future.

Bought an Audi S5 from Ross and have to say it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Car was exactly as described if not better. Spare key was never handed in by previous owner so Ross ordered a new key Fob from Audi which I collected today. I would highly recommend both Ross and Jack at Barnes AutoHouse. I called about a car last Sat and Ross was very honest , informative and passionate about the car. We arranged for a viewing, I liked that there was no pressure at all not what you imagine car sales to be .Everything was made easy from the transaction, to putting me in contact with an insurance broker. It was simple and stress free. Jack set up my apple play and then waved me off. I am delighted with the car. A great experience from beginning to end. Thank you

Really recommend Barnes Autohouse. I pass by regularly and the stock is always top quality. Bought a car recently from Ross, fair trade in for my old car and the service could not have been better. Top Class. Recommended Barnes AutoHouse by a friend on the Friday and bought a 530e from Ross and Jack on the saturday. Zero pressure, friendly, the lads knew their cars, the handover was quick and the log book arrived 2 days later. The Car is A1. Just a different experience and I know where my first stop is the next time I change my car. Well done lads 👍

Changing car can be a hassle weighing up the options, features of alternative cars, costs etc. I recently purchased a 2020 BMW from Barnes Autohouse, looked after by Ross throughout the process. My experience is very similar to what other reviews have described - very helpful from start to finish, even providing careful directions to the premises when the road was closed-off (road accident) ! Not pushy and always follows up with information etc.It's no surprise that Barnes Autohouse has many many repeat customers, apart from the fact that they just have great cars !

In a word, Outstanding.Recently bought a performance car from Barnes. My experience was absolutely super. Magnificent range of vehicles, top quality communication and follow up. The attention to details and the manner in which the car was presented was spot on. The car is 5 years old, but it looked genuinely brand new, the detailing and work carried out was 5 star.These guys go the extra mile, and Ross is a super guy to deal with, and genuinely cares about customer service and satisfaction.The comfort of a 12 month extended warranty (to 24 months), managed directly by Barnes, is a super backup to have. I recently bought a new car through Ross from Barnes AutoHouse and have to say the level of service and professionalism that I experienced was right up there on par with the top quality stock they have on offer. Ross was available at all times - even throughout the Christmas period - to help with any questions I had or last minute viewings I wanted to arrange. Even prior to purchasing this particular car, I had been enquiring about other cars and found the guys very responsive, accommodating and knowledgeable - so it was only a matter of time (and the right car for me) that I would be completing on a great deal with Barnes AutoHouse.
